Emily Mallobe

“I think about that day constantly,” Emily says of learning of her scholarship from Project One. “People out there believed in me, people out there supported me, and I’m not going to let myself down, nor am I going to let those who believed in me down.” Emily graduated from East Carolina in 2017 and is now working as a social worker, and mentoring Project One scholars.
